Communication History
This section displays the communication history related to the member lead. You can view emails with the attachments that are sent and replies to the email. The generated documents and logged activities are also displayed.
You can use this section to:
- Create a log for an activity related to the member lead, using the option.
- Generate a document for the member lead, using the option.
- Send an email related to the member lead, using the option.
