Modifying functions collectively

  1. Select Events. The Events calendar page is displayed..
  2. Double click an event. The Event details page is displayed.
  3. Select functions in the Functions section that you require to modify collectively.
    Note: You can also modify functions collectively using the Edit Functions option.
  4. Click Mass Edit Selected Functions. The Mass Edit Selected Functions window is displayed.
  5. Modify the required details.
    Note: 
    • The attendance related details of functions are updated only when the Auto Update Attendance check box is cleared for functions.
    • If you select the Keep Original Value option in the Function Type field or the Setup Style field, the existing values are retained for selected functions.
  6. Click Save.
