Composing an email

  1. Click Send Event Email in the Communication History section on the Events page. The Compose Email page is displayed..
  2. Specify this information:
    Contact
    Name of the contact person to whom the email is sent.
    Related Business Type
    The type of business activity the email is related to.
    Related Business Name
    The name of an event.
    To
    Email address of the recipient.
    Additional To
    The email ID of the additional contact to whom the email is set, if required.
    Subject
    The subject line of an email.
    From
    The email address of the sender.
    Body
    The content of the email.
  3. Click Send Email.
