Creating a Document Template

  1. Select Settings > Correspondence > Manage Document Template.The Manage Document Templates page is displayed.
  2. Click New. The Add Document Template page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    The name for the document template.
    Description
    A brief description about the document template.
    Business Type
    A business type for the document template.
    Document Type
    A document type for the template.
    Folder
    The folder to store the template.
  4. Browse the Template File.
  5. Click Save.
