Creating a Document Template
- Select Settings > Correspondence > Manage Document Template.The Manage Document Templates page is displayed.
- Click New. The Add Document Template page is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Name
- The name for the document template.
- Description
- A brief description about the document template.
- Business Type
- A business type for the document template.
- Document Type
- A document type for the template.
- Folder
- The folder to store the template.
- Browse the Template File.
- Click Save.
