Reservations

The Reservations page allows you to create a new reservation. The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in these fields:

  • Site
  • Date
  • Service Period

This page comprises of these sections:

  • Reservation pace - Default
  • Reservation Pace by Party Size
  • Cover Counts
  • Guest Awaiting Service
  • Event or Function Reservation
  • Guests In Service
  • Guest Served or Canceled or No Show
Note: You can use the List View Search option to search for a reservation using the Guest Name or Confirmation ID.
Reservation Pace - Default
This section displays the information about the maximum bookings and the maximum number of guests the site can accommodate. The section also displays the actual booking data on the specific date.
Reservation Pace by Party Size
This section displays the information about the total number of bookings and guests present at a site on the selected date and time.
Cover Counts
This section displays the information about the total number of guests across all reservations and events, the guests being served or awaiting service, as well as the number of cancellations.
Guests Awaiting Service or Guests In Service or Guests Served or Cancelled or No Show
These sections display the reservation data such as the arrival time of the guests, the number of guests, name of the primary guest, and the Confirmation status.
Event/Function Reservations
This section displays the reservation data from the Events module. It shows the event name, assets, and contact information of events with functions that are utilizing assets from the Reservations module.

You can use this page to:

  • Book a reservation on the required date and time using the Book option.
  • Create a duplicate of an existing reservation using the Copy option.
  • Modify the reservation details using the Edit option.
  • Change the reservation schedule to another date using the Move option.
  • Cancel an existing reservation using the Cancel option.
    Note: This option appears only after booking a reservation.
  • Reactivate a canceled reservation using the Reactivate option.
    Note: This option is displayed only after canceling a reservation.
