Communication History

This section displays the communication history related to the master event. You can view all emails with the attachments that are sent and the replies to the email. The documents that are generated and logged activities are also displayed.

You can use this section to:

  • Create a log for an activity, using the Log Activity option.
  • Generate a document for the master event, using the Generate Documents option.
  • Send an email for the master event, using the Send Email option.
  • Generate a document for the event or function related to the master event, using the Batch Generate Event/Function Documents option.
