- The contact person related to the
event.
- Event Name
- The name of the event.
- Event Category
- The category in which the event is
organized.
- Event Type
- The type of event organized such as
Birthday, Conference, or Wedding.
- Market Type
- The market segment related to the event such as Corporate,
Government, and Leisure.
- Estimated Attendance
- The number of guests included in the event.
Note: If the booking
is for guest rooms only event, the estimated attendance is left
to zero.
- Owner
- The default user who has logged on the
application.
Note: The default user can change the ownership to
another user.
- Salesperson
- The default user who has logged on the
application.
Note: The default user can assign another user as
the salesperson.
- Event Lifecycle Model
- The model identifies the lifecycle steps that will be visible in
the Event Lifecycle section.
Note: You can use the Default lifecycle
list unless there is a Rooms Only
lifecycle to select from the dropdown.
