Obsolete datasheet definitions are removed

The Production Scheduling-specific tables in SCV Core are never used in profiles. The corresponding profile datasheets are now removed:

SCV CP - SC_V_AS_TEMPLATE_PROCESS
SCV CP - SC_V_AS_PROCESS_STEP_MATRIX
SCV CP - SC_V_AS_COUPLED_PRODUCT_FLOW
SCV CP - SC_V_AS_ORDER
SCV CP - SC_V_AS_ORDER_BATCH_RELATION

The listed datasheets are removed from the base (base.zip) template. If datasheets already exist, these remain unchanged until an explicit Reset Database command.
