Updated Currency conversion rules for purchase prices

Currency conversion rules for purchase prices have been updated to consider exchange_rate_type from the PURCHASE_PRICE table instead of the configuration parameter.

These existing currency conversion rules have been updated:

BASE_SC_PURCHASE_PRICE
BASE_SC_PURCHASE_DAY_PRICE
