Publish Time-phased data to SCV

Several types of time-phased data is already maintained by Supply Planning, such as time-phased routing or process groups data. Time-phased values are manually maintained in BUCKETS tables in SCV. In this release, managing existing time-phased data in Supply Planning is aligned to the general approach for handling time-phased data: Time-phased values are manually maintained in BUCKETS tables in SCV, loaded into Supply Planning to use in planning in conjunction with default values and edited if required, and published back to SCV to synchronize the SCV table and Supply Planning.

These new macros have been added to publish the corresponding time-phased data to SCV:

Supply - Publish Time Phased Process Groups Measures to SCV
Supply - Publish Time Phased Routing Measures to SCV
Supply - Publish Time Phased Transport Route Measures to SCV

This macro has been updated to publish time-phased data to SCV:

Supply - Publish Plan to SCV
