Pre and post processing steps added to standard system and scenario macros

System and scenario macros are extended to include calls to a pre-step system macro definition prior to all standard macros steps and a post-step system macro definition after all standard macro steps. Customers can optionally extend standard macro calls to include additional pre and post processing without the need to customize or duplicate these standard macro definitions.

The calls use an application variable to set the prefix for customer-specific macros:

• app_var_customer_prefix (Prefix for Customer specific content)

If the macros included in these calls are not defined, the step is ignored, without warning or error message to the calling macro.
