Upgrade Migration Paths

These migration paths are supported in Supply Chain Planning v21.1:

• 18.1.1 and any 19.x or 20.x OP / ST to MT.
• 18.1.1 and any 19.x or 20.x OP / ST to 21.1 OP / ST
• 20.8 MT to 21.1 MT

OP = On-Premise

ST = Single-Tenant Cloud

MT = Multi-Tenant Cloud
