Time-phased Location capacity

The Location Capacity functionality has been added to Supply Planning in SCP 20.6. In this release, this functionality is aligned with the general approach for handling time-phased data. Time-phased values are manually maintained in BUCKETS tables in SCV, loaded into SP to use in planning in conjunction with default values and edited if required, and published back to SCV to synchronize the SCV table and Supply Planning.

These new interface service have been added to import time-phased location data from SCV and to publish it back to SCV:

SPLS - SCV -Export Values SM_LOCATION_BUCKETS

This new macro has been added to publish time-phased location data to SCV:

These macros have been updated to import time-phased location data from SCV and to publish it back to SCV:
