Parameter, or substitution, variables

System-defined variables that can be used in configuration to determine Planning Engine context.

• %planningengine% :Current planning engine context for use in macros when in PE details or a plan sheet.
• %resourcecontext%, %periodcontext%, %propertycontext% :Current context for use in plan sheets when passed through panel link where corresponding Pass context switch = On.
• %passedvalue% :General context of the selected or passed cell in a panel link where pass context switch = On. For use in plan sheet panel links.
• %planning-horizon-startdate%, %planning-horizon-enddate% :Interpreted as the start and end date of the planning engine's horizon for use in interface services. These are essentially in the range of the horizon-start and end dates, and is the time range which data can be amended.
