Enhanced SCV data rules

Previously, using data enhancement rules, it has only been possible to set the target column to a constant value. Now the target column can be updated using other columns, expressions and keywords. This allows users, among others, to copy the value of one column to another column or to calculate column value from other columns.

Note: This feature is available on upgrade. You are not required a new role or privilege access to use this feature.
