Align Process batches

The function Align Process Batches have been added to Production Scheduling client to enable the scheduler to align a selection of process batches on start time, end time or start and end time. This feature assists the creation and updating of a schedule for the factories with production orders split over multiple resources where the production orders require to be synchronized in time. A user can select batches and select what to synchronize on, and Production Scheduling aligns the batches accordingly.
