Application variables support Null value

The value of an application variable can be set to Null (or empty).

A new %empty% parameter variable keyword is added to support clearing the Default Value, as a cycle or user override, for global system-defined application variables.

For example, set the application variable value for: scv_datalake_schema_prefix to Null when Data Lake schema is shared across all SCP instances.

Note: By default, this feature is enabled. You are not required a new role or privilege access to use this feature.
