Supply Planning variables to use SCV Application Defaults

Variables used by Supply Planning which have been using hardcoded default values directly in the interface service have been migrated to use the new SCV Application Defaults feature, exposing the standard default value and supporting implementation overrides.

All solver switch defaults are replaced with SCV Application Defaults. The relative to Supply Planning have profile SPLS_BASE and type: PlanningEngineVariable.

This interface service is added to use the defaults:

SPLS - SCV -Import Solver Variables from Application Defaults

This macro is updated to use the new interface, replacing the previous version of the interface:

Supply - Import Scenario (S+ Import Supply Plan)

Note: This feature is available after loading the supply (spls.zip) template for this release. You are not required a new role or privilege access to use this feature, however new permissions are added to access and maintain SCV application defaults in configuration.
