New mapping for warehouse subtypes imported from M3

SCV location entity already had a property for location subtypes. Now the SI_LOCATION.location_subtype = MMS005MI-LstWarehouses.WHSY property is populated with warehouse subtypes imported from M3.

Note: This feature is available after loading the base for M3 template (base for M3.zip) for this version. You are not required any new role or privilege access to use this feature.
