New View for Location Max Stock Interface

Location capacity functionality has been added to SCV in SCP 20.6. In this release a new view is created to load the information to APSCO, using the Location Max Stock interface.

This new view has been added:

SP_V_MAX_END_TOTAL_STOCK_SU

Note: This feature is enabled after appending the base template (base.zip) for this version. You do not require to do anything to enable this feature.
