Saving configuration settings

To save a configuration settings to an XML template file:

  1. Select Configuration > Maintenance > Save Template.
  2. Click one of these options, as required:
    • Export: to export the configuration settings as a single xml file.
    • Export as Zip: to export the database records as a single zip file.
    • Export SCV: to export the SCV configuration and table meta-data as a single zip file.
    • Export Overrides: to export the database records as a single xml file.
    • Export Overrides as Zip: to export the database records as a single zip file. Each record type is located within the individual folder.
    Note: The latest version of override configuration data is exported for worksheet parameters, measure calculation and measure format overrides.
  3. Click Run on the Save Template window that is displayed. The template file is saved in your browser's default download location.
