You can use the option, on the main toolbar of the application, to view the related
additional information of the configuration entities, such as a data entity. The
configuration information of the current detail record or the first selected record in
the list is displayed. For example, based on you selection, you can view only the data
of the BREV measure.
Select a record or worksheet, on the tabs, pages, or worksheet modules, and use this option to view the required information in the Documentation window:
- Data Management: The selected code list information is displayed.

Process: Based on the option
selected:
- Cycle Periods: The information of the current detail record of the cycle, or the selected record (if you are in a list view) is displayed.
- Scenario Details: The information of the scenario of the current detail record is displayed.
- My Jobs: The information of the macro for the current detail record, if applicable, is displayed. If the job is based on a backup or a scenario history edit, the details are not displayed.
- My Events: The information for the event generator of the selected record is displayed.
- Information for the
Audit Log and Setup Checker is not displayed.
Note: You must select a record to view the additional information.
- : The information of the selected worksheet is displayed. For a multi-panel worksheet, the details of the selected record is displayed. To view the documentation for individual panels, select the option on the toolbar of the selected worksheet.
