Change Scenario Status

Process > Cycle Periods > Cycle Period Details > Scenario Details > Change Status

You can manually change the status of a cycle period scenario.

You cannot change the status of a cycle period scenario if the scenario is editable. A scenario is editable if a value is specified in the Editable field on the Scenario Details page and the unlocked symbol is displayed in the Available column of the Scenarios page.

The available status transitions:


Status	Description	Next status options (transitions)
WIP	Work in progress.	Review, Rejected
Review	The scenario is under review. You cannot use or edit the scenario.	Approved, Rejected
Rejected	The scenario is rejected.	WIP, Rejected
Stopped	The scenario is stopped. The following can be applicable: The status of the Linked to Scenario on the Scenario Details page is changed from Approved to another status. Therefore, the current scenario is stopped and must be re-approved. The scenario indicates a problem in the process.	WIP, Rejected
Approved	The scenario is available for the next module to use as input. The scenario can obtain this status only if the Linked to Scenario on the Scenario Details page is also approved.	None
Published	The scenario is published for this cycle period.	None

Note: Available status options are based on valid end statuses that are specified for the scenario process.
