Viewing Production Scheduling reports

The Production Scheduling model menu lists all the available Production Scheduling reports(s) that a user is authorized to view. By default, a static report 'Resource Report' (available for all users) and many user-defined reports are displayed. The user defined reports are displayed in alphabetical order and sorted by Category and Display Name.

You must select a report name from the menu to view the details of the report.

The information displayed in the reports is based on the report configuration. The static report (Resource Report) displays the information about batches that have been scheduled for the defined resources in the model.

Each report (static or user defined) is available for Master model or Published model based on the report definition and are grouped and displayed in the Reports (Master) and Reports (Published) menu.
Note:
  • The user must have permission to view the data from the Master Model. Else, only published model details (if defined in the report definition) are displayed.
  • If the user does not have permission to view Master Model details and the published model is not defined, the report is not displayed.

The report displays the data for all resources or for the selected resources. By default, All Resources option is selected. The user can filter the data displayed in the report by date range using the Date From and Date To options.

The report includes the batches for which the process interval overlaps the selected range, that means the batches do not required to exist solely within the specified range.

The resources are grouped in the report. If the user has been allocated to specific resource(s) in the model, only those resources are displayed in the report.

The Export to Excel or Export to PDF option can be used to export the report data to Excel or PDF file.
