Viewing Plan Data Plansheet

You can view Plan Data plansheet if the Type is set to Standard, and the Report is set to Plan Data. See Plan Data Plansheet help topic.

Plansheets are accessible only if:

• You have access to the related Planning Engine
• You have access to the Plansheet
• The plansheet is assigned with a tag, which is included in the Planning Engine.

The Plan Data plansheet is displayed as a tabular format. The layout of the grid is based on the plansheet definition which determine the Properties, Resources, and Periods to be displayed on the plansheet. If the rv_period_passed parameter is not specified in the worksheet, all periods as defined in the global period selector are displayed. The first and last period labels are displayed above the table representing the current period range. For example: FY25 W21 – FY25 W31.

If rv_period_passed is populated, the periods are displayed within the plansheet in the same order in which they are passed.
