Situation card

A situation card provides detailed information related to scheduling issues that occur during planning. Each card displays the type of situation, the impacted entity, severity, and additional context that helps you understand and resolve scheduling issues.

These are the available card types displayed on each situation card:

• Process batch: Scheduling issues related to a process batch are displayed. These include:
  • Too Early: Indicates that a process batch is scheduled to start earlier than expected.
  • Too Late: Indicates that a process batch is scheduled to end later than required.
• Order: Scheduling issues related to orders are displayed. These include:
  • Too Early: Indicates that an order is scheduled earlier than the expected start.
  • Too Late: Indicates that an order is scheduled to finish after the expected end time.
  • Inflow Shortage: Indicates that an order does not have the required inbound quantity to proceed.
