Generate Business Plan Publish Horizons

The EXECUTE_GENERATE_BUSPLAN_HORIZON program generates horizon start and end dates, which are used to publish plans from Core to Outbox.

This parameter is used in the EXECUTE_GENERATE_BUSPLAN_HORIZON program:

BUSINESS_PLAN_NAME: The name of the business plan for which the publish horizons are generated or regenerated.
