Program scope

The EXECUTE_GENERATE_BUSPLAN_HORIZON program determines the scope as follows:

If the BUSINESS_PLAN_NAME parameter is specified, the publish horizons are generated for the specified business plan only.
If the BUSINESS_PLAN_NAME parameter is not specified, the publish horizons are generated for all business plans with the Active status in the SZ_BUSINESS_PLAN table. If no business plans exist with the Active status, an error message is logged, and the execution is stopped.
