1. As a planner or scheduler, I want to ask natural language questions about PS data, such as batch metrics, changeover times, order fulfillment, inventory levels, and production flows, so that I can get quick answers without navigating complex reports or querying databases manually.
2. As a planner, scheduler, or new user, I want to ask questions about SCP or PS product documentation in plain language so that I can find feature guidance, configuration information, and product information without searching through extensive documentation.
3. As a shift supervisor or production scheduler, I want to generate a structured end-of-shift report so that I can document, review, and communicate shift activities.
   1. As a shift supervisor, I request an end-of-shift summary for a specific shift and date.
   2. The agent retrieves the EOS template from IDM and presents for my review.
   3. Once I confirm the template structure, the agent resolves the model, fetches the relevant data, and populates each section of the report.
   4. I receive a structured shift report ready to review and share.
   5. I can customize the template, adding or removing sections, and save my changes back to IDM, with the option to revert to the original baseline template at any time.
