Application-specific prerequisites

These tasks that must be completed in SCP before you can import agents:
  1. Production Scheduling data from the PS desktop client must be synchronized to the semantic tables (scp_ps_semantic.PS_*) through a scheduled cron job that runs every five minutes.
  2. At least one scheduling model must exist and be accessible to the user who interacts with the GenAI Assistant.
  3. The SCP MCP Server must be registered and operational in the tenant, with these tools:
    • ps-get-user-models
    • ps-get-list-metagraphs
    • ps-get-metagraph
    • ps-execute-query
    • ps-get-list-semantic-schemas
    • ps-get-semantic-schema
  4. The IDM document type SCP_PS_KHDocuments must be created, and an End of Shift template document must be uploaded. The End of Shift Reporting agent uses this template to determine the format and structure of generated shift reports.
