Setting filter criteria for planning entity

Select SCP > (BA) > Strategic Inventory Planning > SIP Workbench. The SIP Workbench screen is displayed.

Select the Selection panel and click Filter. The Filter panel is displayed

Select the required planning entity levels in the Aggregate levels section.

Select the required situation types in the Situations type section.

Select the required severity of situations in the Situation Severity section.

Select the required status of a Planning Entity (PE) in the Status section.

Note: The available status values are Open, Approved, and Published. The Status filter is available only for PEs.

Select the required option in the Locked PEs section.

Click Apply. A list of PEs and Aggregate Planning Entity (APEs) is displayed based on the specified criteria in the Selection panel.

Note:

Filter options are displayed as check boxes and are grouped by Aggregate levels, Situation type, Situation severity, Status, and Locked PEs.
By default, a maximum of four options is displayed in each filter group. Click Show more to view additional options and Show less to return to the default view.
Active filter conditions are displayed as color-coded badges in the Selection panel. You can remove the filter conditions, if required.
Multiple values selected within the same filter group are applied using the OR condition. For example, Status: Open OR Approved.
Filters selected from groups are applied using the AND condition. For example, Situation type: Missing master data AND Aggregate level: Warehouse@Item.
If the selected filter criteria return no results, this message is displayed in an empty state:
