Change Log tab
The Change Log tab displays all manual changes saved for a Planning Entity (PE) or Aggregate Planning Entity (APE). Changes are recorded as cards that provide details about the changes made by users.
You can sort the list using the drop-down list. Possible options:
- Type
- Creator
- Date
- Ascending
- Descending
Note:
- By default, the change log is sorted in descending order, displaying the latest records first.
- You can use the drop-down list to view specific types of changes.
You can apply multiple filters to refine the list. The number of applied filters is displayed next to the Filter option. Change types that are not available in the current change log are displayed as disabled. These change types are displayed in the Change Log tab:
- Status
- Simulation – Details the simulation run on the PE
- Simulation values – Details values in a simulation
- Situations – Details when situations are created following a simulation
- Lock change – Lock changes for a PE
Note:
- Status changes are recorded only when a user manually changes the status.
- Changes are displayed as individual cards containing details relevant to the selected change type.
- If changes are not available for the selected PE or APE, this message is displayed:
There are no changes logged for this planning entity.
