Engine tab

The Engine tab displays forecast engine information for the selected Planning Entity (PE). This tab is displayed only for Planning Entities (PEs).

If multiple forecast levels are defined, such as weekly and monthly forecast levels, you can select the required forecast level from the Forecast Level list.

The Engine tab displays the algorithm used by the forecast engine and the corresponding outputs for the selected forecast level.

Note:

The displayed outputs depend on the algorithm used by the forecast engine.
The outputs section displays only the outputs that have values.

If forecast generation fails, the Engine tab displays the error code and description for the selected forecast level.

Note: When the DPACS500 error code is displayed, the forecast context can be downloaded, using the Download forecast context option for further analysis.
