General tab

This tab displays the general information related for the Strategic Inventory Planning (SIP) initialization.

You can view this information on the General tab:

Display Name
The display name of the Business Area(BA).
Data source
The data source of the BA.

You can specify this information on the General tab:

Publish plan to
The destination to which the inventory forecast plan is published. Possible values:
  • SCV
  • M3
Note: By default, the value in this field is set to SCV.
Index attributes
The Item@Warehouse attributes included in the search index for SIP.
Note: 
  • Index attributes are only available for M3 BAs.
  • Index attributes can be added to the index, using the Add option.
  • The number of attributes that a user can add depends on the user’s license level.
Available attributes
The list of available Item@Warehouse attributes selected in BA. You can select the corresponding check box to add attributes to the search index.
Note: 
  • This list is only available for M3 BAs.
  • The attributes available for the BA are selected from these M3 tables:
    • MITMAS
    • MITWHL
    • MITBAL
    • MITMAH: This table is included only when the M3 company is a fashion company.
