Process tab

You can use this tab to run predefined production scheduling macros on the Planning Board screen. These macros streamline common planning tasks and support faster workflow execution. You can view the status of the execution on the Process tab when you run a macro.

Note: You can access the Process tab only if:
  • The Configurable process menu in the production scheduling planning board parameter is enabled on the Feature Updates screen of the Maintenance menu.
  • The Production Scheduling - Run Macro permission is assigned to the role.
A list of the pinned macros is displayed when you access the Process tab. If the number of pinned macros exceeds the toolbar space, additional macros are displayed in the More list menu.
Note: The pinned macros are displayed based on these settings defined in the Desktop client:
  • The Macro entry window on the General tab.
  • The Run macro window on the Automation menu.

These options are displayed on the Process tab:

  • All Macros: Displays a list of all production scheduling macros available in the model. See, Running production scheduling macros.
  • Ellipsis menu: Provides additional options including:
    • Personalize: Use this option to view the pinned macros. See, Pinned macros.
    • Reset to default: Use this option to reset the pinned macros based on the configuration defined in the desktop client. After the reset, the toolbar displays only the macros marked as Show in menu.
    • Show model audit log: Use this option to view the execution generated after running a macro. The execution logs are displayed on the Audit Log Screen.
      Note: The Production Scheduling model search list is pre-filtered to the model from which the user navigated.
