Modifying publish plan definitions

  1. Select SCP > (BA) > Configuration > Publish Plan Definition. The Publish Plan Definitions screen is displayed.
  2. Select the required publish plan. The Publish Plan Definition details screen is displayed in read-only mode.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Specify this information:
    Publish from
    The source from which forecast plan data is published.
    Note: 
    • By default, plan data is published from Demand Forecasting and cannot be modified.
    • When Forecast consumption is enable on the System Settings screen, additional plans are displayed with Forecast Consumption as a source.
    Publish To
    The application to which the forecast plan is published. Possible values:
    • SCV
    • Data Lake
    • M3
    Note: 
    • The supported publish destination is based on the Business Area (BA) type.
    • You cannot modify the value in this field.
    Publish Plan Type
    The data level used when publishing the plan. Possible values:
    • Product@Warehouse to M3
    • Product@Warehouse to SCV
    • Product@Warehouse@Customer to SCV
    • Product@Warehouse to Data Lake
    • Product@Warehouse@Customer to Data Lake
    • Product@Warehouse to Forecast Consumption
    • Product@Warehouse@Customer to Forecast Consumption
    Note: You cannot modify the value in this field if the value of the Publish To field is set to M3.
    Publish Naming Convention
    The naming format applied to the forecast plan when it is published.
    Note: You cannot modify the value in this field if the value of the Publish To field is set to M3.
    Enabled
    Indicates whether the publish plan definition is active.
    Note: This switch cannot be modified for the default publish plan definitions.
    Default
    Indicates the default plan as defined when initializing Demand Forecasting.
  5. Click Save. The changes apply only to future publishing activities and do not impact data that is published.
