Workflows tab

  1. Access the Workflows tab of the planning engine definition.
  2. Click New (+).
  3. Specify this information:
    Name
    A unique name for the planning engine workflow definition.
    Display Name
    The name to be displayed for the Workflow definition.
    Workflow Definition
    The workflow definition text, in Infor Advanced Planning (AP) syntax.
    Note: 
    • This value must be a valid AP language text. The specified definition is validated with the full engine definition when you save the planning engine definition.
    • If the specified definition is invalid, this error message is displayed when you save the planning engine: 
      Cannot save Planning Engine Definition {0}. Workflow {1} has invalid definition.
  4. Click Add. The workflow is added to the list.
