Creating SCV Model Parameter
To create a new SCV model parameter:
- Select Configuration > SCV > Parameters > Model.
 - Click New.
 - Specify this information:
           
- Name
 - 
              The model parameter name which is a combination of the Parameter and Profile.
              Note: This field is disabled for existing model parameter.
 - Parameter
 - The name of the parameter. You can create a new parameter using '+'.
 - Profile
 - The name of the profile associated with the target SCP application instance.
 - Description
 - The description of the model parameter.
 - Type
 - 
              The type of parameter value. Possible values are:
              
- Text
 - Number
 - Boolean
 - Date
 
 - Value
 - 
              The value of the model Parameter. 
              Note: This field is enabled when you set the Type field and the value is based on the specified Type.
 - SCV Application
 - 
              The Supply Chain Planning (SCP) application for which the model parameter is defined.
              Note: You can also add a new value.
 - Enabled
 - 
              Indicates the status of the model parameter. Possible values:
              
- On (Active)
 - Off (Inactive)
 
Note: By default, the field is set to On. - System
 - 
              Indicates if the model parameter is system defined or user defined.
              Note: This option is enabled for the model parameter defined by the system.
 
 - Click Save. The new parameter is created after successful validation of the specified information.
           Note: You can also use this page to:
- Create a duplicate of the existing model parameter and modify the parameters as required using the Duplicate option.
 - Delete a model parameter using the Delete option.
