Adding Replenishment Engine orders – Production
Production Transactional data are measures mapped as Order Type in the Replenishment engine, for the Cycle. These are the production order types:
- Fixed Production Orders
 - Planned Production Orders
 - Scheduled Production Orders
 - Firm Production Orders

You can add Replenishment Engine Orders of type ‘Production’ for the Transactional data measures mapped to Production Orders in the Replenishment Engine assigned to the Cycle.
- Right click a transactional data measure which is mapped to a Production Order. The Add Production Order menu is displayed.
Note: The Add Production Order menu is displayed only if:
- The measure is of Transactional Data (Transfer) type.
 - The Transactional data measure is defined in the Replenishment Engine.
 - The Replenishment Engine is assigned to the Cycle.
 - The transactional data measure is mapped to a Production Order types defined in the Replenishment Engine.
 - The user has permission to add the transactional data.
 - The scenario can be edited by the current user (part of share).

 - Select Add Production Order A new window is displayed.
 - Specify this information:

- Name
 -
The name of the transactional data.
Note: This value is defaulted based on the selected Transactional Data measure.
 - Source measure
 - The source measure of the Production Order. This value is derived from the transactional data name.
 - Destination measure
 - The destination measure of the Production Order. This value is derived from the transactional data name.
 - Process Item
 -
              The item to be processed.
              Note:
- This value is selected from a list of Process Items within the current context derived using the Processes - Item attribute in the Engine Supply Allocation Mapping.
 - If the context is at a valid Process Item, the value is pre-populated.

 - Process Location
 -
The Location where the item is to be processed.
              Note:
- This value is selected from a list of Process Locations within the current context, derived using the Processes - Location attribute in the Engines Supply Allocation Mapping.
 - If the context is the base location, the value is pre-populated.
 - The available options are based on the value specified for Process Item.

 - Process Version
 -
The Process Versions applicable for the selected Process Item and Process Location.
Note: The available options are based on the value specified for Process Item and Process Location and derived using the Processes - Process Version attribute in the Engines Supply Allocation Mapping.
 - Quantity
 - The value of the Production Order.
 - Critical Flag
 -
Indicates the criticality of the Production Order.
Note: By default, this value is set to None and is read only.
 - Start Date
 -
The start date of the production process.
              Note:
- If Transactional data Enable Lead Time is set to On:

- This value is populated with ‘End date of the selected cell – Lead Time’.
 - This value is populated when the values for Process Item, Process Location and Process Version fields are specified.
 - The End Date is updated as ‘Start Date + Lead Time’ at the time of modifying the populated value.

 - If Transactional data Enable Lead Time is set to Off:

- This value is populated with the ‘End date of the selected cell’.
 - The End Date is not updated when you modify the populated value.

 - If Transactional data Enable Lead Time is set to On:

 - End Date
 -
The end date of the production process.
              Note:
- This value is populated with the 'End Date of the selected cell'.
 - This value is populated when the values for Process Item, Process Location and Process Version fields are specified.
 - If Transactional data Enable Lead Time is set to On:

- The Start Date is updated as 'End Date – Lead Time’ at the time of modifying the populated value.

 - If Transactional data Enable Lead Time is set to Off:

- The Start Date is not updated when you modify the populated value.

 - Lead Time
 -
Indicates the Lead Time for the Production process. This is defined in the Engine (Transfer Lead Time) parameter in Transfer Out Mappings tab.
              Note:
- This field is displayed only if Transactional data Enable Lead Time is set to On.
 - This value is populated when the values for Process Item, Process Location and Process Version fields are specified.
 - This value is set to zero, if Lead Time is not defined in the Engine.

 - Need Date
 - The default value is set as End Date. However, you can modify the value.
 - Note
 - The additional information (text note) related to the Production Order.
 - Reference
 - The reference text related to the Production Order.
 - Custom Field 1 to 5
 - The additional text used as reference for the Production Order. These fields are displayed based on the configuration of the transactional data definition.

 - Click Save.
