Audit Log Dashboard

You can view the audit log messages on a mobile device using the Infor Go application. To access the audit log dashboard, select Audit Log Dashboard from the Process menu.

The dashboard displays a summary of audit messages related to specific functions and severity levels. If the function and severity combination does not contain a message, the summary displays as ‘’0’’.

Summary card is displayed for each function. This information is displayed in the Summary card:

  • The name of the function
  • Critical messages indicator
  • Warning messages indicator

The indicators display the number of messages.

Note: Summary card displays the messages from last 24 hours.

The functions that are displayed are hard-coded and displayed in the following order:

  • Macro
  • Planning Engine
  • SCV Job
  • Supply Planning

The Audit Log page is displayed with data (using a system search) based on the specified function and severity when you select a Summary card. If a log file is available for a message, the message includes an icon that enables the user to download the log file in *.CSV format.

Note: The Audit Log page displays summary messages only. Access to the search form or pre-defined searches is not provided.
