Updating original routings

The header records of the original routings are updated to maintain a reference to the new routing for each routing_id calculated in step 1 of the Transform topic.

These values are updated on the original routing record:

scheduling_routing_id = <routing id>
modified_by = TFORM_MAP_ROUTING_VERSION;
modification_time = <current timestamp in UTC>
