Deleting Planning Engine

  1. Select Process > Planning Engines. The list of planning engines is displayed.
  2. Select the required planning engines.
  3. Click Delete. A confirmation screen is displayed.
    Note: The Delete option is displayed only if you have Planning Engine - Delete (Process) permission.
  4. Click OK. The status of the selected Planning Engines is set to Pending Delete after successful validation.
    Note: 
    • Master Planning Engines can only be deleted, if no running Planning Engines are available for the associated Planning Engine Cycle.
    • If a Master Planning Engine is selected for deletion, a check is performed to ensure no running Planning Engines are available for the same Planning Engine Cycle. Else, the deletion process is not executed, and this error message is displayed: 
      Cannot delete Planning Engines. Running Planning Engines must be deleted before Master Planning Engines.
    • The deletion of selected planning engines is performed asynchronously.
    • The notes associated with the planning engine are also deleted when you delete a planning engine.
  5. Click Refresh. The deleted Planning Engines are not displayed in the planning engines list.
