Disabling a feature
The features with the Enabled status can be disabled on the Details tab. The disabled features are not accessible to users. The option is available if:
- The user has the required permission (Feature Updates - Enable (Configuration) or the IBP-SystemAdministrator or Infor-SystemAdministrator role).
- The selected feature must have the Enabled status.
- The selected feature must be a reversible toggle (types 3 - Feature toggle (non-disruptive) reversible, 5 - Feature toggle (disruptive) reversible, -3 - LA Feature toggle (non-disruptive) reversible, or -5 - LA Feature toggle (disruptive) reversible).
The This feature will no longer be accessible to all users warning message is displayed when you click the option. When you click , the feature is disabled, and the status is set to Available. The Status field is highlighted with a blue background and the Date Enabled by User (User Enabled) field is not populated. The dependent features are not disabled automatically. You must review and disable each feature separately
Note: You may need to login again to view the latest changes after disabling a feature. The accessibility information can be viewed on the Details tab. The details of the disabled features are included in the Audit log.
