Weighting
You can use the menu on the Demand Planning Workbench screen to determine how data is displayed and interpreted. When you select a weighting value, all applicable values are multiplied by the selected value.
These are the possible weighting values:
- Sales Units
- Weight
- Volume
- Value
Note: By default, the value is set to Sales Units, which uses a factor of 1 (weighting is not applied). The selected weighting value is saved and automatically applied to future sessions.
If you modify the value when you have unapplied adjustments, you are prompted to apply the adjustments. All modifications saved on the Demand Planning Workbench screen are stored as un-weighted values, regardless of the weighting that is selected.
