Change Log tab

The Change Log tab displays a list of all manual changes saved for a Planning Entity (PE) or Aggregate Planning Entity (APE).

Each record in the list displayed as a card that details the changes made to the PE or APE. You can sort the list using the Sort option. Possible options:

  • Type
  • Creator
  • Date
  • Ascending
  • Descending
Note: By default, logs are sorted in descending order, displaying the latest logs first. The Filter option allows you to determine the type of change logs to be displayed in the list.

You can apply multiple filters to refine the list. These are the available change log types:

  • Adjustments
    • Forecast
    • History
  • User changes
    • Do not auto forecast
    • Data series
    • Discontinuation date
      Note: If the specified date is removed, the date is displayed as “Removed” on the card.
    • Forecast engine
    • Introduction date
      Note: If the specified date is removed, the date is displayed as “Removed” on the card.
    • Periods used
    • Situations
    • Status
      Note: Status changes are logged only when you manually change the status of open PEs and APEs.

If a note is added at the time of adjustment, the note icon is enabled within the record in the Change Log. All adjustment records are automatically sorted by date, beginning with the most recent record. You can select an adjustment to view the details of the record.
