Reducing batches

1. Select one or more batches from the planning board.
2. Select Batches > Reduce. The Reduce window is displayed.
3. Select whether you require reducing the selected batch quantities based on the inflow shortage and outflow surplus by selecting the appropriate check box(es).
4. Click OK. The changes are reflected on the planning board.
