Batches
You can use these options from the menu:
- : To view the batches that are linked to the batch you have selected.
- : To view the Product Flow window for a selected process batch.
- : To view the overview window for the process batches, tank batches and the downtime batches based on the batch you have selected.
Note: If a batch is not selected, an overview of all process batches in the work area is displayed.
- : To view the Orders overview window.
- : To view the Process Batches overview window.
- : To view the Tank Batches overview window.
- : To view the Downtime overview window.
- : To create batches in the Create inflow window, for fulfilling the order.
- : To create batches in the Create Outflow window for multiple target products from a single source product.
Note: The Create Outflow window lists the products from the selected batches and you can select the target products, target quantity, and process steps from the list.
- : To view the Schedule Orders window.
- : To delete the selected batches with the inflow from the schedule.
Note: The locked inflow batches or batches with surplus cannot be deleted unless you modify the status or status attributes.
- : To delete the inflow batches from the previous stages of one or more selected batches or orders. The selected batch or order is retained in the schedule.
- : To delete the outflow batches of the selected batches. Surplus must be allowed for the selected batches.
- : To reduce the selected batch quantities based on the inflow shortage or outflow surplus.
- : To unload the tank batches into a single process batch. You can control the sequence of unloading tank batches and the quantity that you require to take from each tank batch.
- : To load the existing tank batches from a single process batch with surplus. You can control the sequence of loading tank batches and the quantity with which you require to load each tank batch.
- : To create flows between one tank batch with surplus and one or more downstream process batches, considering the flow constraints.
Note: If you connect two batches in a way that results in a violation of one of the constraints, a confirmation message is displayed.
- : To disconnect a tank batch from a downstream process batch for which an inflow is provided.
- : To assign a status to one or more selected batches and/or orders and replace the previous settings (if any).
Note: You can determine the items that are displayed in this submenu by selecting the show in menu check box when setting a status.
- : To modify the settings of status attributes that do not have default value.
- : To modify the efficiency of one or more batches from different resource group in the Modify Efficiency window.
Note: The functionality is applicable for all the options except Show Network and Selection Info.
