Specify this information in the Week definition section.

week numbering: Specify the date from which the first week of the year starts.
first day of week: Specify the day from when the week starts.

Select a format to be displayed for durations in the Time format section.

Select a format to be displayed for decimals in the Decimal format section.

Select a display format for decimals.

Set the appropriate standard units for volume and weight in the Standard unit section.

Note: You can modify the values displayed for volume and weight units. For example, liters to liters and gallons to gals.
