My Scheduled Jobs

Use this page to view a list of scheduled jobs for which you are the owner. You can access this page from the Process menu.
Note: The owner of the scheduled job is the user specified in the Run As field of the scheduled job.
These options are displayed on the header, only if you have permission to view all the jobs:
  • Display My Scheduled Jobs: The scheduled jobs are displayed for which you are the owner.
  • Display All Scheduled Jobs: All the scheduled jobs are displayed in the application.
You can use the ellipses icon on this page to:
  • Set the row height with the predefined values using the Row height option.
  • Hide or display the columns to be displayed in the list using the Personalize Columns option.
Note: Changes to the row height and columns displayed are retained only for the current session.

In the My Scheduled Jobs screen, you can click the drill down icon corresponding to the name of the scheduled job to review this information:

Name
The name of the scheduled job.
Display Name
The name that is displayed for the scheduled job.
Macro Type
The type of the macro. For example, system, planning engine and so on.
Macro
The display name of the macro to be run.
Previous Run (UTC)
The date and time when the scheduled job has run previously.
Previous Result
The result of the scheduled job that has run previously from job state. (For example, Completed, Error)
Next Run (UTC)
The date and time of the scheduled job which runs next.
Cycle
The name of the cycle wherein the job is executed. This is only applicable where the specified macro is of scenario, cycle period or system type.
Module
The name of the module wherein the job is executed. This is only applicable where the specified macro is of scenario type.
Scenario
The name of the scenario wherein the job is executed. This is only applicable where the specified macro is of scenario type.
Planning Engine Cycle
The name of the planning engine cycle wherein the job is executed. This is only applicable where the specified macro is of system or planning engine type.
Planning Engine
The name of the planning engine wherein the job is executed. This is only applicable where the specified macro is of system or planning engine type.
Production Scheduling Model
The name of the production scheduling module wherein the job is executed. This is only applicable where the specified macro is of system type.
