No Forecast rule

The No Forecast type situation is used to identify Planning Entities (PE) that do not have a forecast. The No Forecast creation rule determines the forecast level to which the situation rule is applied. The rule can be configured to set a limit for the creation of situations when there are at least X periods within the most recent Y periods in history.
